Carbone Miami

Carbone is an upscale Italian-American restaurant featuring a beautiful interior and impeccable, entertaining service. While the quality of the food is great, the overall experience felt somewhat average. The presentation during serving was impressive, but the flavors didn’t quite meet my expectations. The portions are generous, and they serve a nice complementary bread basket with pickled cauliflower and salami, which was a delightful touch. We enjoyed the following dishes: calamari Marco, Caesar alla ZZ, caprese, fennel salad, and double lamb chops. However, both pastas we ordered—the fettuccini con funghi and the spicy rigatoni—were average. Needs reservation.

I recently visited this authentic Italian restaurant, and while the food was good, the overall experience didn’t quite hit the mark. The menu had a nice selection of traditional dishes, and my meal was tasty — the pasta was fresh, and the flavors were spot on. However, something was missing in the ambiance. It didn’t quite have that cozy, warm Italian vibe I was expecting. The service was friendly, but the atmosphere felt a little off, maybe due to the lighting or music, or just a lack of energy in the room. Overall, I’d still recommend it if you’re craving a classic Italian dish, but it didn’t quite make the vibe I was hoping for. Still, worth checking out if you're in the area!

We want to say how much of an amazing experience we had tonight at Carbone. Our server was knowledgeable and patient as he decribed the menu and the specials in its entirety as he guided us for our first time there. Apologies we forgot his name because the food was so MIND BLOWING…from the bread to the salami to the pass around Parmesan the dinner was amazing! Thank you so much to you and your team for sweeping my lady off her feet for her bday. When we go home to Brooklyn we’ll tell everyone that the MIAMI Carbone is the one to come to!

EXCELLENT!!!! My favorite restaurant of all time. Food is insanely good. Service is top notch every single time. Good from start to finish. Spicy rigatoni is out of this world. Caesar salad is amazing and the croutons are to die for. The meatballs are so good, I believe they’re not on the menu but very worth asking for. I can eat here everyday. Side note, carbone Miami is wayyyyyy better than carbone NYC.

The food was amazing! The Spicy Vodka Rigatoni worth the hype, is delicious.. but the stat tonight was the white truffle fettuccine… absolutely mind blowing . The service is excelent, everyone in the restaurant was super kind and helpful, from the front door to the guy in front of the bathroom. José, the guy that made out Caesar salad, was super nice, always with a big smile on his face. It was my first time in Carbone and my experience was 10/10. I will definitely come back.

Great food at this place. We had a late night reservation. Ambiance turns up a little bit after 11pm which we enjoyed. Food was simple but flavorful. They do bring out what they call “snacks” prior to your meal which consist of bread, prosciutto, vinegar flavored cauliflower and some smoked cheese. Be careful not to get too full on these items. We had a Caesar salad to start. I’ve had better at other restaurants. However, the spicy rigatoni is a must. It’s simple yet fantastic in flavor. I highly recommend the Dover sole picatta fish. It was amazing. For dessert, we enjoyed the carrot cake which was also really good. They also provide rainbow cookies on the house. It does get crowded so get your reservations in asap.

This place is a real 10/10. Amazing ambience and service. So nice inside. The best bread basket I’ve ever had with garlic bread, tomato bread and plain. The cheese too. Don’t eat too much here or you’ll be full. Cesar salad is made table salad but is pretty standard. The spicy rigatoni is a must. Simple but warm and hearty. Get a slice of cake for dessert too. Eating inside is a must if it’s your first time.

To conclude, the lemon cheesecake was light yet indulgent, its citrus notes providing a refined finish. Every detail was enhanced by the impeccable service of Kyle B., whose attentiveness, knowledge, and charm made the entire evening unforgettable.
